Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel I've been to. Had to wait three hours for a room to be open after I reserved one two months in advance.

We appreciate the staff here - they did a great job ensuring we had a pleasant stay in St. Louis. The room was clean and well appointed, with a clean bathroom. Friendly folks and secure atmosphere at a great price. Unbeatable combinations for a concert going college kid.

Disliked: The bed sheets were stained, the bathtub was inoperable, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which caused our child to have an allergic reaction. We had paid for two nights but left immediately, and we never received a refund. Very disappointed.

Disliked: It was awful, dirty. They originally denied my booking saying it didn’t exist. Had to give me a room without a working shower. They gave another couple a room key to my room and they came in on me.

Liked: The sizes of the room, tv and bed were good. The front desk man was Awesome. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The air conditioner worked well too.
Disliked: The room was dark and dingy. The towels were FILTHY. I could not use the towels to even dry my hands, just nasty and really very disgusting was the state of ALL of the towels in the room. The bath tub was so bad I couldn't bring myself to step in it for a shower. Even the power cord to one of the lamps had been Spliced together, 2 cords spliced to make one! So Unsafe! The room itself was like it was a cleaned up crime scene.Holes and missing paint, the door is hard to open and have to push it hard with your body to get in. Just...nuts.
