Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel I've been to. Had to wait three hours for a room to be open after I reserved one two months in advance.

We appreciate the staff here - they did a great job ensuring we had a pleasant stay in St. Louis. The room was clean and well appointed, with a clean bathroom. Friendly folks and secure atmosphere at a great price. Unbeatable combinations for a concert going college kid.

Disliked: Dirty room. Nothing but the tv worked. Motel is on gang turf perimeter. Front desk tried to shake me down for $50 extra in cash, when i said i only carry cards he said cards were too difficult for his "deposit".Stay away!

Disliked: Everything is old and falling apart, a syringe in the air conditioner, no cable or local channels so you can’t even watch the TV, only one pillow on bed, bed was old and squeaky, toilet leaked on the bathroom floor, tub looked atrocious. Horrible

Liked: The bed was big and comfy. AC worked. That's about it.
Disliked: Everything was broken. The fridge, TV, sink light, and toilet were all broken. They jerry rigged the toilet but it still didn't flush properly. The property itself was in disrepair and mostly everything was dirty. At least the bed was made with clean sheets.

Liked: This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. At the last minute our 4yr old grandson went with us. We arrived early so I asked if we could check in early. Desk clerk let us but it cost me $20 cash. I had no problem with that. He put us in a room where the wall lamps were broke and hanging by cords on the wall. The tv did not work. The smell was awful and the ceiling in the parking garage was pouring water from the rooms above. I went to the office and canceled our stay there. The clerk said I would get fully refunded so that is what I requested and now they won’t respond to messages. I have even asked for a partial refund and cannot get a response I asked about the pictures I saw on line when booking the room and he said the pictures were what booking.com put on there. If that is true then booking.com needs to change the pictures because they are very misleading I have used booking.com several times but I will not use you again Especially if I don’t get a refund. As a matter of fact I would like to be taken off your list as a customer. I really don’t want my name associated with you if this is the way you operate. I am very disappointed. We had to come home a day early because we could not afford to stay another night anywhere I’m thankful my grandson had a good time at a cardinals baseball game and the zoo but as it was our anniversary my husband and I were very disappointed having to cut our stay short and not getting to do some of what we planned. I hope someone looks into this nasty place and I think booking.com should not have their name associated with them. I regret not taking pictures of the filth the room they put us in was From what I saw it wasn’t just that one room either. There was also someone that checked out or canceled their stay there before we did and I assume for the same reason. The whole place was disgusting and made us nauseous from the smell and filth. Also the bed linens were full of cigarette burns.
