Disliked: Low quality but raised rates to $300/night. Not worth it at all. Should have driven farther away for a decent place to stay.

Great, wish I was there...

Liked: In the center of everything! About 10 minutes away from old Orchard beach. Very well placed, restaurants all around, stores all around.THE WATER PRESSURE IS INCREDIBLE, best water pressure I’ve ever seen
Disliked: It took a little while for someone to come to the front desk but overall very nice. There is not a pool (to my knowledge).

Good Deal

Liked: Large comfortable room and beds. Clean! Nice fridge/freezer and TV. Two nice cushioned chairs with foot rests a big plus. Good lighting and charging outlets.
Disliked: Breakfast was paltry .. desk clerk tough to understand .. road noise loud during afternoon/morning (night OK). No coffee pot in room and office didn't open until 7. Requested king bed room 1st floor and wound up on 2cd floor.
