Liked: location is great, pet accommodation is great, staff is great, lots of space for dogs to stretch and do their business
Disliked: the place could use some updates. linens and carpets. all superficial stuffback lot is a little dark

Disliked: Pool was cold and hot tub was cold

I was really disappointed in...

Liked: Not clean. Had to switch rooms twice for dirty sheets and then in the second room for ants. It was unfortunate. The manager was not friendly and accused me of stealing a garbage can, which I still don't understand.
Disliked: I didn't like the rooms, they were dark and were dirty.

Passable

Liked: The place was quiet, until the construction workers warmed up their trucks at 6:00 am.
Disliked: The heat was set at 77° when I got the room. I had to run the A/C to cool the room down, but the fan was so loud I just turned it off. There was also a heavy “air freshener” smell in the room.
