Liked: I have stayed here four or five times and it's very convenient to the airport and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It feels like home to me.
Disliked: The only thing that I could say is that the shower etc needs a little figuring out but then again so does my house. It works fine when you figure it out.

I loved the room and...

Liked: Room was well above my expectations. Quiet and all one level, I felt safe with the location and way the property was laid out. Will definitely stay again if I need to fly out of DTW.
Disliked: The ladies at the front desk could use some extra training on customer service and how to speak to customers, not everyone is familiar with hotel policies and should not be treated as if they do. Every guest should be treated as if it was their first time every time!!

Disliked: Rooms far from reception. If you get stuck at the access gates to the blocks of your card malfunctions , you have to walk back to reception to get ur cards activated . Not very nice aboutf you have shopping bags or luggage
