Liked: Polite staff.
Disliked: Filthy room, especially the bathroom. Blood spot on the mattress pad. Hair on the dirty floor. It is obvious that they use a dirty mop to clean the floor because the base boards are also filthy and the floor is sticky. It was so dirty we refused to stay and requested a refund.

Liked: The king size bed was excellent super comfortable I forgot to check the label because I want that mattress in my bedroom
Disliked: Right along a busy street I could hear cars and motorcycles all night

Liked: I only interacted with the receptionist while checking in and she was nice.
Disliked: It's just on a busy street, so there was a lot of noise from traffic, and the window had no curtains, just wooden shutters that led sunlight in from sunbreak so I couldn't sleep well.

Convenient location, clean room, everything...

Liked: Wonderful location, the highway is right there, but also when it was jammed, once or twice I got where I needed fasterthrough Richmond, Albany & Berkeley. No problems with parking. Never heard any noise or any other reason to complain about neighbors. Convenience stores and breakfast places a few minutes away by car. Realistically you need a car to stay here. Friendly people at reception.
Disliked: Pressure in the shower was not great (but still OK).The electrical outlet under the desk was poorly accessible, used one near the bed instead.
