Americas Best Value Inn - Richmond South

This place was horrible. I've seen worse, but not much. Everything felt sticky, stained, gross. On the plus side - plenty of towels; A/C and mini fridge both worked.

Disliked: Patched walls; stained sheets; everything was sticky; killed 2 bugs while there; microwave didn't work; TV remote barely functioned.

Key cards do not work. Had to have staff let us in each time - even staff could not get our keys to work - they had 2 sets of 2 keys and all four were bad. This was the lowest price on the net for a reason = lowest quality. After seeing cockroaches we did not want to go near breakfast.

Disliked: The first night was ok with the help of the gentleman but the next day with the young lady was bad, room didn't get clean and had to go look for the maid to get clean towels

Disliked: Charged me two different prices for a weekday. A gentleman told me if I stay the next day it would be cheaper but the young lady Charged me for a different price

Liked: To be honest, I like nothing about this hotel the roaches was all over the place never been so disappointed a day in my life

Liked: I don't really have much to say about what I liked. The staff was kind of nice
Disliked: There were bugs and roaches from the minute I walked in the door. The bathroom was dirty and slimy. The shower was broken, and there was no plug to take a bath. No one was monitoring the parking lot. I basically used it as a place to stop for a few hours instead of staying longer. I couldn't sleep there with all the bugs.
