Liked: The king suite was extremely spacious. The main room and bathroom were both very clean. The HVAC system was efficient and simple to operate.
Disliked: The cable TV was confusing at first, as there are 2 separate guide pages, each containing information about half of the channels available. The ice machine nearest our room was not operational, which mean a bit of a walk... outside!

Exceptional

Liked: Location to nearby attractions! The bed was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Definitely needed some upkeep.. Pergo style floors over carpet are kinda off putting .. and the tile bathroom was damaged.

Good budget friendly stay

Disliked: It was cold inside. Blanket is verty thin.

Liked: Clean, convenient. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating.
Disliked: It's an old facility, but a very good value.

Liked: Location is convenient. Staff is beyond friendly, extremely courteous and kind. First impressions are important. Staff is first class.
Disliked: As a single woman, it was a little creepy at the back of the property. There was a garbage can to the right of my entrance to my room. Cigarette butts and leaves were at and around the entrance, too. I requested the room with two queen beds rather than a king. The bed I preferred looked like it was slept in. That made it extra creepy. I did not sleep well. Grateful that the staff were more than happy to extend my checkout time.

Bad

Liked: This hotel has dated but more than adequate rooms, with parking available right at each room's outside door. Hotel management is aggressively renovating about 50% of rooms. The price was very reasonable, especially the pet fee of only $10.60. Top value!
Disliked: Ice machine dis not work.
