Disliked: The pillows were flatThe pillow covers had stains. Looked like eye makeup.There were long pieces of hair in the sheets when I pulled the covers back.The shower tile grout had mold everywhere from tub to ceiling.

Disliked: The woman at the front desk was helpful. The man however was rude, he was even yelling at the woman for trying to help us check in early. He also kept half of our deposit. Not for incidentals or an issue on our part. He straight out lied about how much he had charged us in the first place.
