Not clean, unhelpful staff and...

Liked: There was a bed.
Disliked: Room was dirty, towels were dirty and there were clumps of hair that was not mine. Blanket had cig burns in them and the side table looked like an ash tray. No cold water in shower or sink. Key card didn't work 90% of the time and employees weren't helpful. Generally gross and inconvenient.

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, old and dirty looking sheets. Everything in the room looked old and gross.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Towels were thin and stained, phone missing pieces, bathtub poorly painted and mildew. Furniture beatup.

I went down stairs to...

Liked: I didn't stay in the room more than 5 minutes .
Disliked: The smell Fabuloso was very strong , towels are thin and stained , the light was very deem and yellow.
