Liked: We stay at a lot of these hotels since they are pet friendly and I have never had such a positive experience with the staff. My wife ended up losing her wedding ring(s) at the pool (great pool by the way). With my experience with these types of things, we did not expect much but luckily a guest returned the rings to the front desk and the friendly front desk person offered to overnight them to us. THANK YOU SO MUCH (and to the guest who returned them).Additionally, this place is minutes walking distance to the beach and a great tiki bar (oasis) across the street. We will be back to this location every time we visit.Thanks for keeping the memory of our trip to beautiful st Augustine pristine!

If you want room service...

Liked: The location was ok, not too far to get to the beach or to downtown.
Disliked: The room service was non existent, we stayed two nights and someone came in the second day and emptied the trash can and took away some trash from behind the nightstand that we noticed and that was it!! We complained to the front desk and all they could do was ask us to send some pictures of the trash behind the bed and nightstand to an email address. No clean towels or coffee put in the room. We had to ask at the desk for fresh towels. Would not recommend this place to anyone wanting any sort of room service, if you just stay one night it would be fine.

Liked: Our stay was excellent! Staff is very friendly, room is clean, everything in good condition, breakfast was light but enough for mornings. Hotel is very close to the beach! We hadn’t use pool because of weather. Take your own soap, shampoo with you. We like everything in this hotel!
Disliked: It would be better to have more soap , shampoo in the room and some extra trash bags.
