Disliked: I wouldn’t say I liked the check-in process. My flight got delayed, and when I got there, the guy in the reception rejected my reservation, saying that they don’t accept check-in after midnight. So I asked him for the manager or someone to talk to then a mother guy came and allowed me to check-in. He was friendly and cooperative, so that’s why I booked a gain in this hotel on my way back.
