Modest hotel making a great...

Liked: Location, newly remodeled, reasonable cost, friendly proprietor.
Disliked: I wish they had hair dryers. Coffee in office good. I think the gHotel is updating the rooms with nice flooring, bathrooms, etc. doing a good job.

Bad

Liked: Nothing, check in attendees are rude af and just there and look at you weird
Disliked: I heard banging all night and I left some stuff in my room in which check in attendees say they know nothing about.

Liked: Nice bed and clean
Disliked: No breakfast, absolutely no lobby (office was unmanned and locked most of the time).Although there was a fridge and microwave, there was absolutely no means for coffee or hot water access

Liked: Fair price, great location to Livermore downtown on 1st street.
Disliked: Bathroom window has stains and molds. Machine noise, and tapping noises occurred the entire night wasn't able to sleep. Kept hearing random sounds from next door but next door is used as a storage room. Room 108.

Liked: Absolutely nothing it was like a horror movie
Disliked: Almost everything about this I dont even call it Motel I was horrible location noisy staff not very helpful rooms I had to leave at 2 AM because I could not sleep This place was built around seven years ago, and was never renovated
