Awful

Liked: The property hasn’t been kept up on the outside and very dated on inside, although it was clean. It was an uncomfortable stay all the way around.
Disliked: The bed was stiff and hard. When one person turned over the other was bounced around. They didn’t require an ID and you were handed a bag with banana, apple, package biscuit, light yogurt which I couldn’t eat because of allergies to ingredients. It was double what we paid in other areas. Will never stay there or Laramie again.

Liked: Do not book with booking .com. Claimed to be pet friendly and was not. Refuse to refund. Said I need to read the info on their site? Isn’t their job to research and if u look up pet friendly and book too bad? Dishonest organization. Booking.com made a lot of money off of me due to their being inept and dishonest. Try other sites! Have never been ripped off by Expedia
Disliked: Everything about booking .com. Never stayed at this hotel due to booking.com false advertising. Do not accept pets.

Exceptional

Liked: The room and building were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The water was hot with good pressure. The price was affordable. The staff was professional , well prepared and nice.

Liked: Comfortable, clean, enough electrical outlets, good bed, good shower. Manager gave us a bag of fruit and yoghurt instead of small breakfast.
Disliked: Quite a few stairs to walk up and down (husband does not do stairs well) No fresh coffee and sweet rolls in the morning. Seemed to be away from the main part of town.

Not worth the money

Disliked: No one at desk when got there. Phoned- no answer. Had to roam the hotel to get help. No elevator. Very thin towels, no breakfast. Cost too much for the room. $50 max is what it should be

Disliked: Whole inside reeked of the food these foreigners eat. I could have puked. Carpet in room and halls very old and dirty. Outside very rundown and unkempt. Included breakfast was a baggie of cheap apples, old bananas, little Debbie's and yogurt given to you the night before. Sign at check in window no pets yet the people checking in after us had a dog.
