Good

Liked: Good rates, clean room. Friendly staff. Great place to stay while visiting my son at JBLM.
Disliked: Policies are extremely strict. If you dont have your ID, dont even try to stay there. Make sure your payment card is in your name or they will send you away, even if the card is a shared account with a spouse. They are not messing around about the damage deposit. They take it instantly, but will take a few days to get it refunded back to you after you check out. Our stay was nice enough, but they make the check in process much more stressful than it needs to be.

Disliked: Everything. This place was dirty. If we didn't get in so late, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: The place is quite tho it looked like an apartment

Disliked: The room wasn't quite clean; garbage behind the nightstand, a crusty sheet, and graffiti on bed and bathroom. Very basic but has fridge and bath tub , and wifi was great.

I am definitely going back.

Disliked: No complaints.

Disliked: I never got to stay in room because after paying for room on ur website they wanted a $200 deposit. Which I didn't have and they didn't refund my money back to me, so Iwas out the money and didn't have money to get another room so I stayed in my car.
