Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! Room looked absolutely nothing like pics at all! We time traveled back to 1987!!! And I honestly think that’s when the bed was from the walls and doors were so sticky and it had a strange odor!
Disliked: We couldn’t RUN fast enough… it was 100 degrees in the lobby, and when we walked up to our room, open the door, it was hotter in there! There was an air conditioning unit on a chair in the middle of our floor, NOT ON! The bed was so warped there’s no way anyone can sleep on that! I didn’t even turn on the bathroom. Light honestly was too scared.!

Disliked: We actually came because of a funeral for 2 children. 5and 7 were killed in a horrible car accident. the hotel inside smelled in the hallways, the first room I was in, one of the beds were broken. We were put in another room. The new room assigned, the AC never got cool, there was a roach in the bathroom, the ice maker for the hotel was not working. The hotel had no drinking water available. The first young lady that checked us in was very nice. Kudos to her! She did everything that she could to assist. Well the staff that morning was a disaster. My kids went to get breakfast and the waffle maker had a half cooked waffle from someone else and didn’t turn on. No staff was available. They couldn’t make hot tea, no teabags available. I went downstairs, staff was asleep in the office. I rang the bell twice and then shouted three times. One young lady woke up with drool on her mouth and stretched. The other stretched and said “What time is it?” Then one of them came to me and asked if I needed help. I told her about the waffle maker, she had to reset it and it turned on. What was even more ridiculous, she left the half cooked waffle in the waffle maker. We got ready shortly thereafter and checked out. Upon checking out, I was curious, if the batter was still in the waffle maker. It sure was and it burnt. That place is an absolute mess. Management needs to be improved. I will not recommend this place.
