Liked: Convenient location..clean room
Disliked: Hotel was advertised as having a significant breakfast included in the price however there was no breakfast at all. Had to buy two breakfast in a Denny's down the street for an additional $28. There should be some compensation. They're still showing a picture of a nice breakfast on the web.

Liked: Good location. No breakfast. Adequate, very clean, quiet, not a bedbug in sight( we were worried because of previous reviews)!

Extremely friendly staff at welcome...

Liked: Hotel itself is clean but very run down. I made one booking for one night, and before arriving I changed it and added another night in a different booking. I asked at the welcome desk if we could stay in the same room. They were very friendly and let me pick which room I would like to stay in! That was very kind and I appreciate it very much.
Disliked: The furniture is very dated. The towels were clean but didn't have a plush feel to them. The Wi-Fi connection worked but was poor. The housekeeping staff did not honor the "Do not disturb" sign put on the door when I arrived. Sometime before noon there was a knock at the door from someone in housekeeping. I called out to them saying that I didn't need service and please do not disturb. They proceeded to open the door. I really didn't like that. Because of changed travel arrangements, we had to leave late at night the second day so I could not communicate this to the staff at the welcome desk.

Disliked: The door had a gap bi enough that the wind blew threw it even with the heat on it get up to 55 in our room we had 4 channels to watch wasn’t cleaned at all
