Disliked: Pool was merky, front desk was poor in customer service, rooms were missing coffee supplies, furniture was old and trashy, ac smelled, price was 100 dollars more than total price on booking.com had stated at time online reservation was made. One of our rooms was missing a tv remote front desk didn't bring one until the second night. Very poor service all the way around. Never got a password for wifi.

Disliked: I am going to file ELDERLY FINANCIAL ABUSE. I ACCIDENTLY DOUBLE BOOKED. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL ONE SO I WILL HAVE TO PAY $ 295.I WILL GO TO COURT for Elder Exploitatuon of finances.I was in the room 2 hours total because I had a meeting to attend.

Liked: Reviews made since. Thought I would try for 3 nights.It was closer to my destination than my usual hotel.The pictures online looked good. New tub and lavatory. No hot water in lavatory .
Disliked: The door had .05" space arou d door. Light shown ib this space that attributed to the amount of brown dirt on the vinyl floor.I checked the mattress seams and blood from crushed BEDBUGS WERE THICK. LIKE AN INCH ROUND SPOTS.Presence of witchcraft was in the room.
