Liked: Super clean, bed was VERY comfy.
Disliked: Pet policy - didn't collect pet fee with purchase through booking.com, and it was a hassle.

Liked: The room was adequate as far as cleanliness. It was old and outdated, but there were no bugs and the sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable for the ten minutes I was able to lay down in it.
Disliked: There is no staff. There is a portal with a man in India to check you in. Our neighboring room was smoking Marijuana and standing outside our door talking on his phone in Spanish while his friends were hanging out outside, banging on the wall at 11:30PM. When I dialed 0 on the phone to get the front desk to ask for security as my daughter and I did not feel safe in the room, I was told by the call center guy said he had to check in another guest and he hung up on me. No one cared, no one did anything. My daughter and I packed up our stuff and left and i had to drive home at 11:30 at night. I will NEVER use this place again. If you are looking to crash after a night of drinking at the bar next door, then by all means, this would be your spot. If you have family and need a night of sleep, DO NOT go here.

Disliked: Where do I start?We were met in reception by a computer machine. During the check in we were attended to by a person on the other end of a Zoom session. The machine would not print a receipt and other guests were equally unimpressed. The room was dark with a noisy fridge that I had to plug in myself, along with a microwave that I had to connect and program. There was illegal wiring, exposed by broken conduit hanging along the wall to the TV. No wash basin in the toilet area. The breakfast was not worth having with one side of the toaster not holding down and very little choice. The dining area could not possibly hold all persons at the tables at one time, as the chairs overlapped the next table. The capacity of the dining room was totally inadequate for the number of motel units serviced. The staff were unhelpful and ignored guests as they passed.I have never left a report like this before in all my years of travel. I'm not hard to please, but feel this facility needs to be looked at by Booking.com with a view to striking them off your listings, Yes, this is severe, but when guests have traveled long distances to take up an accommodation venue, it needs to be up to a reasonable standard.
