Americas Best Value Inn Denver

It was a decent stay. The renovations did make it hard to walk around a little with debris all over the walkways and it could use a little more TLC but it wasn't bad. The staff was very nice as well.

Liked: It was a nice stay. Had plenty of space.
Disliked: No hot water and lots of issues from renovations.

Disliked: The room was disgusting, roaches on the floor, the outlets had black marks on them as if they had caught on fire before, the fire alarm had no battery in it and it was hanging open, clearly not working. The room smelt like cigarettes and the carpets were disgusting, my children’s feet were pure black jst from walking around the room. When i tried to ask for refund back they did not, we were only checked in for maybe 5 hours before we just couldn’t do it and had to leave. It wasn’t safe for my kids, and not to mention disgustingly gross, unsanitary and definitely not a 115$ room. Homeless people were just down the road from the hotel as well, me and my family didn’t feel safe inside the hotel nor outside if it.

Liked: Good price and hot shower.
Disliked: Felt like I was staying at a Crack house for lack of better words. Lots of homeless people around. The pool didn't have any water in it. The tv didn't work. The staff never gave us the wifi password. We didn't have any towels in the room and very little toilet paper. I witnessed a drug deal out side of my room. I was honestly worried about my car getting stolen or broken into. All around I didn't feel safe.

Disliked: There was roaches and housekeeping came when they felt like it. There was a lot of prostitution and drug users all over and beggars.
