Comfortable and quite stay
Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, easy access and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. We felt secure, nice and clean room, perfect for family stays.
Disliked: They need to improve their wifi, the network never worked on our room, we had to always go to the reception. They offer kitchen into the room, which we love, but it should be good to have some basic household, there were no glasses or plates to use.

Pig with lipstick. COCKROACHES. BAD...
Disliked: Don't let the fancy floors or cabinets fool you. All equipment is old and outdated. Stove and sink, but NO plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives, pots, pans, soap or sponge. Cabinets are empty. Bed is small. TV is small and 10+ years old. Towels are small and not enough. Travel size shampoo, soap, and conditioner. Not enough for ONE person, imagine how bad it would be for a couple or a family. LOTS of cockroaches, we saw at least 3 in one night (this is AFTER their "pest control"). Very disappointing, DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. They try to save money everywhere and cut every corner.

Overall was pleasant. Will stay...
Liked: Two young lady's at front desk very nice and understanding about my situation. Very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The blanket on the bed had lots of hair on it. So took it off and took it to the gentlemen at front desk. So that was inconvenient for me as I had to go buy my own blankets. And smoke alarm went off at like 6am was very scary to wake up too.

Toxic odor with no refund
Liked: The room size was large.
Disliked: When I arrived at the motel after an 8 hour drive, the room I was assigned to had a very bad odor. The front desk person confirmed the odor in the room. The hotel offered to do an ozone cleaning, but ozone gas is toxic and needs to be ventilated out. I have health issues and did not feel safe in staying in a room, especially if that odor was mold or mildew. The motel could not - or did not - allow me to move to another room. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was not on site. I was told to come back the next day and the manager was still not available. Since I did not stay at the hotel, I expected to get a full refund. As of the writing of this review I have not received a refund, no one has answered the phone at the motel. I am in the process of filing a complaint with BBB of Clovis and possibly the state attorney general's office of California.
