I was too scared of...

Disliked: I was traveling alone, a seventy year old woman with a small show dog. When I arrived at dark there was a newly renovated lobby and I was hopeful that my room would be close to it incase my dog needed to go out during the two nights I planned to stay. The room I was assigned was as far away from the lobby as possible.Parking was not well lighted and there were teenagers in groups in the hallways and men sitting outside the entry doors drinking and smoking.When I asked to be moved to a more secure area in the motel the attendant told me they were booked (though there were only 7 or 8 cars spread out in the parking lot Turns out they only had 11 rooms and the rest were being renovated) He did refund my money and help me find another accommodation when I told him I was going to sleep in my car at the dog show.

Disliked: Pool closed, first room our key wouldn't work so they put us in another room. Carpet stained and the tub was so disgusting my wife refused to shower. Our TV didn't work either all in all it was a bad experience, and for almost 200 dollars a night, not one we'll repeat.

Liked: Nothing. The hotel itself had a very unpleasant smell throughout the whole building, no working pool or hot tub. The carpeting throughout the whole building had stains everywhere. Our room smelled moldy
Disliked: For starters, the room had stains in the carpet that were large and sticky substance unknown. Walls throughout room and patches throughout and looked very unclean. Bathroom was not cleaned, hair on floor, in sink, and even on the toilet. The toilet was not cleaned at all. The shower also not clean and had hair all over curtain and walls. Toilet seat was broken and barely stayed attached to toilet. Bedsheets had multiple visible stains on top including urine, after pulling sheets back to inspect, there was more stains, food crumbs, and what looked like pubic hair also. Both beds were the same. We contacted staff at the lobby, to get clean sheets, but the person working could not understand a word we were saying, we had to bring him to our room and show him the sheets before he could understand what we were asking about. Very uncomfortable trying to fall asleep seeing what we saw, even though we were tired. Check out time is at 11am, at 830 9am there was knock on the door and the door opened up saying room service, I was in bed yet, my fiance just went into the bathroom not fully dressed right before the door opened up. It was a horrible experience. I want a refund! $187.00 for one night in this disgusting room.

Disliked: I wish I would have looked more ahead of time. Our room was dirty, the carpet was stained and very old. No covers on outlets, no doorknob on bathroom door. Very cheap towels. There was even an old false eyelash on the mirror.

This is an outdated motel...
