Disliked: Not much of a breakfast. The Jack, the room rate because of the busy weekend. it was definitely not a $250 a night hotel.

Disliked: Took a while for someone to come to window to check in, hall and room bathroom smelled like Marijuana and never went away, was late and had to pay $385 for 1 night, this is a $50/ nigh hotel

Good location

Liked: Location was good. At first we couldn’t get ahold of the host, but when he did show up, he was very nice, and tried to be helpful.
Disliked: We paid for a non-smoking room, but when we opened the door, the smell of smoke was overpowering. When we complained, the host was unable to do anything about it, as there were no other available rooms. He offered us spray. Wherever we had to spend time in the room, we had to air it out with the window and door wide open to allow the air to blow through.

I checked prices one day...

Liked: One of the poorest motels I've ever been to. Plus the escalated rate for this facility was ridiculous.
Disliked: New mattress, new paint ,bath fan etc.

Passable

Liked: Convenience to highway, housekeepers did a good job with run down building. Staff polite.
Disliked: Needs to be updated, paint would go a long way. Curtains with tears, paper signs everywhere threatening to call police, cannot access outside doors with key card. Numerous bugs in room.
