Burns motel experience

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The motel is a bit unclean. The room had a heavy air freshener smell (that was pretty intense) to cover up the carpet smell. I wiped down the counter tops and top of the bed frame and they were pretty dirty. The bed was clean which is what really matters. But the shower head had mold on it so I skipped a shower. I feel that the price per night is a bit steep considering these factors.
