Good budget staying

Liked: The bedroom and restrooms were crystal clean, with comfortable bed. Staff was kind and friendly, especially at the breakfast room. Hotel is dog friendly, with some green area around for dog walking. There are also some restaurants/chain across the street.
Disliked: There was a strong smell of moist in the room, apparently only in the room and not in the corridor. I am unsure where that came from, but next morning my throat wasn't in good shape. Breakfast was very simple as well.

Liked: The hotel clerk was lovely and tried her best.
Disliked: The hotel clerk tried her best but the property is noisy and not nice at all There is no elevator. The beds were uncomfortable. And the room was not that clean. We noticed the police were called but there was no explanation as to why. There were fights in the hall and we were afraid to leave our room

Liked: There was a comfortable bed.
Disliked: No pool. I booked 4 months in advance for a ground floor and was stuck on the 2nd floor after saying previously that one of our party cannot do stairs. Was told sorry, like oh well, it's our last room!! Nice!

Will not be staying there...

Liked: The staff was friendly and cordial
Disliked: The fact that the side entrance door was not secure, guests were extremely noisy and argumentive, made for a very uneasy stay eventhough it had a high rating also did not like the idea of being charged prior to the stay at the hotel. I travel often and have always checked in put a card on file, and checked out and paid the bill.
