BAD PLACE TO STAY

Liked: You better take that off from your listings the Americas Best value in Billings Montana. It is so bad says they have an outdoor pool well they didn't have that either said it had a restaurant and small casino well that was all closed off you can use it we didn't get the type of reservation we requested because they said they didn't have those type of rooms they had one hell of a time checking me in for the second room I booked with you said they had no record of it and to prove that I had it and that I paid for it and I haven't seen my credit card statement yet but it sounded like that they had to charge me $5 more then what was on your listing. This hotel is good only for Workman are staying in the area working and need a place to stay for a week or a month not the common ordinary traveler we hadn't got in there late I would have canceled my reservation got a refund and found somewhere else to stay don't ever send any other tourists there
Disliked: We didn't like anything there they just have a coffee pot in the morning and when I went to get a cup of coffee there wasn't even any in there and nobody around to talk to

Liked: Nothing piticular, everything was pretty much OK but not good
Disliked: There was no trashcan in the room (224) and the AC didn't work

Disliked: There were pets in non pet areas. That barked Insessantly when anyone walk walked by. The bathroom was not clean. No extra lock on the door. The furniture had holes. Lamp shade was dented/had holes. No screens on the windows. Holes in the walls where something once was attached. Ants everywhere.

Passable

Liked: We liked that it was close to the interstate.
Disliked: The people staying at this hotel were not the best of people. Had a guy pull up and ask us if we had any drugs. I wouldn't walk out to my car at night by myself.

Bad

Disliked: This location was so bad that we didn't stay. There were scary looking people hanging out in the parking lot. There were prostitutes roaming the halls and it was just overall a very sketchy place. Fortunately we were able to find another location on short notice.

Pleasant

Liked: Value, easy access
Disliked: People smoking in room next door, A/C not working very well, bed needs replacing makes noise every time move, floor not sweeped
