Exceptional
Liked: The staff was really good.very help and all were very kind.the breakfast could have been a little better.they had cereal, bagels, toast milk and juice.but overall can't complain it was a great location 😀

Great location but lacking elsewhere
Liked: Location is good. You're not too far from geneva or wineries.The manager on duty was great! He was very friendly.
Disliked: The room smelled like old cigarettes. The bed was very hard. The nightstand was dirty. The water pressure was not great. There's not enough outlets.

Great location, friendly staff, needs...
Liked: I liked it was close to I-90 and also a short drive to Geneva on the Lake. The 2 people working at check in were extremely friendly.
Disliked: The photos are outdated. The rooms are very much more worn and used than shown. The room key on one room only worked on the interior door. It was stated the exterior door broke that day. The breakfast offered was not the best choices. I could have done better at the Flying J across the street. There wasn’t even coffee creamer, just a pitcher of milk to be shared with the cereal offered. Only 1 of my rooms had a bathtub, although both showed they did when booking.
