This is a motel room...

Liked: The staff was helpful and nice. The facilities were clean. It was close to Piedmont Hospital.

Disappointing

Liked: the room seemed nice and clean until night came and roaches were coming from everywhere. enough to be noticeable
Disliked: the Staff is rude and have attitude for no reason . they charged my card a week early insisting that it was that locations policy and said that they don't do refunds.

Liked: Ir was cleaner than expected. The TV was excellent. The AC was quiet and operated just as it should. The
Disliked: The metal frame for the bathroom door was rusted badly and about four inches of it was completely gone at the bottom on one side.The walls were very thin and I could hear the conversations in the rooms on both sides of mine. The electrical outlets are very old and one had obvious scorch marks where something had shorted out. The outlets were also very loose and it was difficult to keep things plugged in.A very weird man was selling Masters golf tournament tickets on the sidewalk just outside his room. (It was Masters weekend.)I could go on....

Location was fine,but up stairs...

Disliked: The pluming works was in poor shape
