Very good

Liked: The bed was hard but comfortable. Room was mostly clean.
Disliked: There was a brown stain from rust in tub, also blanket on bed had brown spots in it * assuming rust stains from water* room had a smell to it like it had been a smokers room or had smell of mold in it. Ac was set on 67 and never got really cold.. someone left waters in the fridge and that wasn't cleaned out.

Liked: Nice price and cold A/C.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke [some cold cereal and some store muffins]. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was really tight w/ a screw head sticking up a bit from the floor joint between bathroom tile and main room flooring. The window [looking onto walk-way] only had a black out type blind; wo either everyone could look into the room or you got no natural light. room did not have much furniture, there was a place for a small table, but, instead, there was just an open space in the room.

Disliked: Parking spaces were too small when you walked into the room every single time there was a very strong musty moldy smell, it was horrible (I woke up every morning with a slight headache) bed was firm n not very comfortable-didn't seem well rested. Breakfast was included in this stay but it was disappointing, milk and orange juice in the mini-fridge, coffee was old and cold (this was at 640am too-had to warm up in the microwave) Breakfast included cereal, packaged honeybuns packaged donuts, packaged mini muffins- definitely not what we expected..the room had a lot of what looked like previous water damage on the bottom of the door frame and bathroom door, door hinges very rusty and green looking, very bad patch jobs and paint over on the wall n ceiling in bathroom, they had a blowdryer to use but it looked like it's never been cleaned or wiped down, you can see all the dust buildup in the vent area, good thing i brought my own, bedsheets looked cleaned but didn't smell clean (like they've been washed in bleach) had a few black stains on them and found several black hairs (i have blonde and auburn color my husband is bald with a grey goat-t) thank god i brought our own comforter to lay ontop of the bed and had our own pillows n blankets to cover up with, A/C was ok but seem to have difficulty to cool down (we had it on 66 but felt like it was 70 in the room)pictures for these rooms are very deceiving
