Liked: Kelly the night clerk was OUTSTANDING. She asked people their room numbers and then called them by name. She was VERY helpful, too. Seemed to make every person feel important.
Disliked: Food on the floor of the bathroom and packaging materials on the carpet. No Light bulb in lamp.

Liked: Clarify that pool and hot tube are in disrepair, fact to neglect that in booking. Then the fact that couldn't get a refund couse we mentioned pool and the owner or clerk put on paper no refund. Not knowing at that time the pool was broken and we were forced to stay there never agin terrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there ever especially for the cost way to much for nothing seriously nothing
