The overall appearance was tired. Staff reported recent upgrade but this was hard to see.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: When going down for breakfast nothing remained. Upon check-in was told breakfast was amazing.

Meh….

Liked: It was easy to get to off of 70.
Disliked: It reeked of marijuana, many things were broken and unkept, staff was not helpful and short with all answers.

We didn’t

Disliked: They have bed bugs. DONT stay here! I got a refund. We didn’t even stay the night. We just left after we saw bed bugs in the bed. The mattress were filthy. The lights in the lobby needed to be fixed. They dont have maid service ew. Don’t stay here. you won’t be happy

Disappointing

Liked: Location was very close to the convention center. The rooms were comfortable and there was a nice fridge in the room. Close to food as well.
Disliked: The first night we didn't realize that the door didn't lock/ shut unless you slam it, room 106. Very unnerving when your door just pushes open after a long day. Luckily nothing was missing.We let the door slam after that.The rooms were dated, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The sink wouldn't turn off all of the way, it continued to drip (didn't make a sound though), it drove me nuts. The bathroom was in need of attention. The ceiling was gross, I was going to take a picture, but I got side tracked.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Able to get early check-in without difficulty. Enough pillows and towels were available without having to ask. Close to many places with easy access to main roads and restaurants.Older property in desperate need of a make over.
Disliked: Cobwebs in the room, vanity light not working. HVAC unit noisy. The pool closed with no explanation. Internet was subpar. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and the cord was difficult for a handicapped person to reach to plug it in, same with the coffee maker, the cord was not plugged in and was too short to reach the intended plug. Had to be moved to use it.Remote was missing (they got another one quickly once I reported it)Only door available for entry was front door making parking difficult if you have trouble walking.

Liked: Out dated dirty unfriendly staff felt unwanted only good thing is location off fifth Street wouldn't recommend taking kids pets or yourself should be shit tf down tbh

Liked: It was an orella to have a good location for our needs
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly, 1 of the 2 rooms was not clean, and the smoke detector kept beeping all night. And there was a strange smell in both rooms. Overall would not Recommend this hotel.

If I could have went...

Disliked: Facility is in need of repair, did not get the king suite I asked for due to having my pet with me. Had to request a different room from the one they assigned me due to vanity lighting not working and the heating unit was not working. Smelled like smoke.
