The overall appearance was tired. Staff reported recent upgrade but this was hard to see.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: When going down for breakfast nothing remained. Upon check-in was told breakfast was amazing.

Liked: Breakfast was decent with the waffle maker.
Disliked: Things need updated and fixed.. l could smell smoke coming thru vent from other rooms.

Liked: It was a great location for the event we attended.
Disliked: Needs more attention to deal with cleaning. There was something smeared on the wall in the elevator. The floor we were on spelled of cigerette snoke really bad.

Liked: It was nice to be located near restaurants and shops.
Disliked: It was a very gross hotel. Tiles in the elevator were broken up and not cleaned up. There were drawings on the walls. The doors had holes in them. The entire building stunk very badly. Lights were flickering. The pool water was freezing even in the middle of summer. The breakfast was horrible. Although the staff was friendly, that was the only upside. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom did not feel clean, and it was overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Liked: The location was convenient and the price was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the key card kept losing it's information so I had to keep going back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed.
