Comfortable room, nice staff

Liked: Breakfast was good every morning, staff was helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were nice. Large TV in the room, and a larger mini fridge with a separate freezer. I stayed for six days.
Disliked: No elevator definitely sucked when it came to carrying my bags alone, as well as when I was bringing in groceries for my longer stay. The water in the room smelled bad when I turned it on but otherwise seemed safe.

Good, but not as good...

Liked: Overall comfort and value
Disliked: We were there 3 days and over the duration of our stay there were guests who apparently ignored the no smoking policy and there was the heavy smell of marijuana smoke in the hallway.Also, the carpet in the hallways and stairs is looking very rough and should be replaced.

Liked: Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Thermostat didn’t work so couldn’t control the temperature. It was either freezing or warm and humid. A bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

Superb

Excellent choice for overnight in...

Liked: Absolutely simple/easy/quick access to I-94 and Highway 83 ... a superb overnight stopover. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast selection was average but sufficient.
Disliked: Waffle machine was empty (very minor issue ... that last thing I needed was another waffle... smile).

Disliked: As soon as you walked in to the room you could smell urine. It was disgusting. The room was disgusting and dirty. When I told the staff about the smell at check out, all she said was, “Well it’s a pet room so…” I didn’t mark on the reservation that we had pets, why put me in a pet room?
