Great Visit

Liked: The staff was great and super helpful during our stay. There was a slight issue with our booking at first. We got a room with two twin beds, but when we voiced the issue the receptionist was able to switch us over to the king-size bed we had put in for. They also offered us more towels if we needed them. There was a point where we had an issue with our room keys and the issue was quickly taken care of. The room was clean and tidy when we got there and everything was satisfactory. We look forward to staying here again.
Disliked: The only thing that we had pointed out was a loose tile in the center of the bathroom. We were only concerned that someone could possibly get hurt if it was left without fixing.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Over a 2 night stay, I had to get my key card reprogrammed 6 times. Each time I would go to the front desk to get key card reprogrammed, the staff would look at me like I wasn’t inserting the card right. Room smelled and the entire property gave me the ick.
