A big mistake

Liked: Room wasn’t quiet. Didn’t get the bed I reserved. It was loud barely got any sleep. Front desk was extremely rude. No shampoo conditioner or soap. Sheets didn’t smell clean at all. Blankets weren’t warm. I will never stay here again and I am fighting for compensation for not recieving the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk lied to me about policies.
Disliked: No soap. Rude staff. Didn’t get the room a paid for. Asked for quiet and it was loud all night.

Liked: Location. Women and older man that work there are nice and helpful. The younger man that was there over the holiday was very rude. They only give you toilet paper in the morning so don’t ask late at night.
Disliked: Dirty carpets, homeless or people always out by front door

Disliked: they leave back doors propped open for illegal activity

Disliked: The staff is rude and unprofessional. Manager made me extremely uncomfortable by asking me over and over again if my boyfriend was coming to stay with me that night even though I booked for just myself. He came in my room to “check my fire alarm” and only looked and lingered around asking me if I was sure I would be alone that night and refused to refund me when I checked out even though I didn’t stay because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE
