Pleasant

Disliked: Uncomfortable mattresses. We booked for 2 nights and checked out a day before our actual check out day due to uncomfortable sleeping.

Overall, it was a great...

Liked: We had a wonderful time at the American Waterpark Resort! The waterpark was definitely the highlight, very kid-friendly with plenty of fun attractions for all ages. My child had a blast, and it felt safe and well maintained.Our room was big and spacious, perfect for a family. It was clean, comfortable, and gave us plenty of space to relax after a fun day.
Disliked: The only downside was that there was no place to leave our luggage after checkout. It would’ve been great to enjoy the waterpark a bit longer before leaving without having to worry about our bags.

Disliked: Have to pay for parkingNo breakfast included Smaller then expected water park, and not enough tables or chairs to provide for everyone Only small wave pool and a few slides Whirlpool were extra small Lockers u have to pay for Rooms smell like dirty carpet Not enough pillows Called front desk 3 times to check out before anyone answered The breakfast buffet at hotel only opened at 8 when most open at 630

Great experience, definitely will be...

Liked: The play ground was great for the kids to do while we rested, and the water park was great not to small and not to big so we could watch our kids from our table.

This was a perfect getaway...

Liked: The room was perfect. The balcony area does need a power wash there was a bit of a foul scent.
Disliked: Our room cards deactivated everytime we stepped out of the room so we had to go back to the front desk quite a few times throughout our stay.

So worth it if you...

Liked: What wasn't to like .... everything and everyone was great!! Was kept clean. And my granddaughter absolutely loved the water park!! Thanks so much!
Disliked: First night people being loud and yelling and slamming doors but guess that's expected.
