Americana Hotel Boardwalk

Bad

Liked: How close it was to the beach.
Disliked: We requested the top floor (as we were asked during booking ) and got 2nd floor... and what was supposed to be a heated tub was not(was very cold)

Liked: The location to the board walk was convient and great.
Disliked: Loud neighbors. Parking lot was always full and had to park across the way and walk to our hotel. Paid per night for parking and couldn't park close to the hotel.

Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. Left a night early as our backs were hurting too badly. We could not get any rest.

Outstanding staff, great location right...

Liked: The location was spot on. Beautiful views from our room. When the sliding door was closed you did not hear any sounds but could enjoy the view.
Disliked: Only thing I did not like was the parking. The spots were very close when you were able to get one. I had to park at the other location which was fine when the weather was good. It was very hard to repack your car when leaving.

Exceptional

Liked: I loved the cleanliness and staff. I loved the hammerheads restaurant, we went there 4 times during our stay. I absolutely loved the location
Disliked: The front desk staff called us one night and reported that there was a noise complaint against us but we weren’t being noisy we were all in bed watching SpongeBob so I don’t know why anyone complained about us
