Disliked: The door lock on Room #115 was broken the manager inform me that she would come at look at it never came. I had to put something in front of the door to make sure my family would be safe thru the night, a dirty towel was left in the room. The room didn't appear to be cleaned properly. I called to request a room, I was told to go on booking.com. I arrived to check in the Manager told me that she couldn't take my credit card she needed cash money. I tried to cancel the room that I reserved on line and statement informed me that I would be charged for a cancellation fee although , I paid for the room in cash. Please advise

Disliked: There was mold everywhere. The heat didn’t work the light switch fixtures were missing. There was tissue in the toilet. There was no light in the bathroom. The room smelled bad. All the furniture had cigarette burns
