Disliked: No coffee machines or microwaves in room plus no coffee made in lobby had to run to gass station to get my coffee

Disliked: My daughter pulled up and said it looked like homeless people were camped out and didn’t feel safe enough to even go in. Then they refused to refund either night. Total waste!

Liked: Location was perfect Everything you could want in walking distance!!
Disliked: Ice in front of entrance doors,snow removal is seriously lacking. Was traveling with my elderly mother and the ice was a definite safety issue!! Went to take a bath & relax for a bit the water came out the color of black coffee!! Not good!!! Wi-Fi was basically none existent and was a necessity but nothing I could do about it! Breakfast was glazer donuts from Kwik Trip across the street??? It was very inconvenient and well overpriced for the accommodations or lack there of!! Probably won’t visit again
