Liked: Exactly as promised. Was definetly not a Ritz, but a clean decent place to sleep and get back to work.

The rooms are outdated which...

Liked: The location is great, the front desk employee was very nice at check in. The beds are comfy and it is a quiet place.
Disliked: I can handle out-dated, no frills, old time accommodations. What I can’t stand is a dirty room and lack of basic cleaning care. The room is filthy. There are cobwebs in the corners of the room, hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor, the outside of the toilet has clearly not been cleaned in some time, the sink and tub are dirty with hair and dust… it’s just not clean. Thankfully we are only staying here for one night. If it weren’t for me losing out on $89, I would leave and stay someplace that cares more about the cleanliness of their rooms.

Liked: The lady who runs this place is rude screaming at people who were in the parking lot away from the building smoking. No where on the website does it state that and then moved me from a non smoking room I never smoke inside and the room had no smoke detectors and was awful nasty look like a seen from a murder mystery paint was awful air conditioner unit broke door busted.15 minutes is all they allow to change your mind and get a refund. This was the 4th and final time I'll ever use this place. Lady in the front will hang up on you because you can't understand what she is saying. Close this place and open it up for the homeless people to stay in free.
Disliked: The lady who runs this place is rude screaming at people in the parking lot smoking no where does it say if you smoke outside that you are going to switch to a smoking room I've never smoked inside. Rude the smoking room have no smoke determined and paint is horrible burns on floors chair and covers.ypu are only allowed 15 minutes to get a refund. The lady is not a person that speaks English well and she will hang up if you don't understand what she said. Rude run down not America people. Open up to the homeless people and free.Dont use this place every since I left on Sunday my legs are eat up with sores.
