You can do better

Liked: Location is close to some excellent Asian restaurants.
Disliked: Facilities are very worn. The people try to keep it clean but there are lots of chips, marks, stains, gaps. The bedspring is a noisy, creaky, unstable thing. Parking lot is super tight. I've had better in this area for better price. This is a tiny property with a single small driveway near a very busy, chaotic intersection. Study Google Maps carefully and take the weird routing it recommends.
