This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever! I showed up at my check in at 3p.m. and had to wait another 45 minutes as they had just started cleaning my room. Once I was able to have my room they gave me a smoking room when I am a non-smoker. The carpets were dirty, there was cigarette ash in the cabinets; the beds, sheets, and pillows had stains all over them and what looked to be cigarette burns. My room was also covered in bugs; the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. I talked to the manager, who was very rude and hateful. And she said there was nothing they could do and I couldn't get my money back. I ended up sleeping in my truck as my room was so gross.

Liked: The hotel was terrible.
Disliked: Everything about the hotel was bad.

Didn't get to cops shut...

Liked: It was shut down I was not suspost to rent the room that day had to go else where didn't get refunded
Disliked: Illegal happenings and was already warned

Disliked: I found out that they were actually shut down but gave me a room anyway. My niece sent me the proof where they are being investigated.

Overall just a bad stay...

Liked: I like the parks and sights the outer parts of the location has to offer.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room, the room had holes in the sheets also the towels were dirty and yellow even after letting them rehash them and I seen a couple roaches in the room that need to be killed and lastly the TV is just bad it’s a small tV with a small screen showing what might be playing just overall not a good stay honestly

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet was not secure to the floor. The bedspread was almost as thin as the sheet on the bed. The carpet was dirty looking and our socked feet stuck to it in spots. The shower was dingy enough that we felt cleaner by not showering.
