Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: There was no heat in the hallways or lobby areas, there was only cereal or waffles for the breakfast, the kitchen area was dirty. The pool room was dirty, no towels. The hottub was lukewarm at best and the jets didn’t work.

Very bad customer service.

Disliked: We originally booked with Booking.com and was told there was no room under any booking.com. My staff paid for two nights booked under the hotel. I called in the morning to verify there was not a booking under booking.com and was told there was not any bookings, I was charged through booking. Although this could be an issue with booking the desk person was extremely short and rude, and unwilling to help. He would not allow us to give a confirmation number or any details with booking.com, he just kept shouting "no booking".
