Could have been worse.

Liked: The curtains were nice and blocked the sun. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and pressure was good.
Disliked: The pillows were thin and lumpy. The cleanliness of the room was not to a good standard. The shower curtain did not stay closed because the rod was tilted. The smell of the hallways and the room was terrible. The breakfast offer was just cereal which was disappointing.

Liked: The staff was nice
Disliked: Do not recommend! The room was disgusting! The bathroom didn't even have full rolls of toilet paper, there were two more than half gone rolls....they were used this is disgusting! The toilet looked like it hasn't even been clean. The shower curtain was held up by a glass dish and a piece of soap! The shampoo and body wash they had were tiny bottles that were already half used. The hallways smelled over all it was just gross and very unclean! I would never stay here again.

Fantastic staff but the rooms...

Liked: Location and staff was great.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed. No tub stopper to take a bath. Semi clean. No usb plug ins for charging.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Old facility. Had to take stairwell to get to our room (no elevator on that wing). Lots of dust and dirt in all the corners and on the fake plants. Room was very dated and carpet was old. Not smelly, but a distinct "old" smell. Could tell everything had multiple coats of paint. Ac worked. For the same price could have stayed in a much newer more updated location.

Definitely room for improvement.

Liked: Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Disliked: The TV remote appeared to have been chewed up by a dog and I wasn't able to turn the TV on. There was a dirty, used wash cloth in the bathroom. I had just driven 9.5 hours and I was too tired to notify hotel staff.

It was okay.

Liked: Not much. It was around places the eat.
Disliked: Very old. Need remodeled. Staff not very friendly. Only 1 way in to the rooms. No breakfast.

Exceptional

Not good.

Liked: It was cheap.
Disliked: I have been housekeeping for 6 + years i have been a head housekeeper and if you head housekeeper approved that room for occupancy they should be FIRED!! There was pee on the toliet spit on the mirror. The beds had been half ass made with hair still all over one as if they made up a dirty bed( which I'm pretty sure they did). Will not stay again will not recommend to anyone.
