I will never go back...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: The room didn't have a comforter, the air didn't seem to cool it down as much as I expected, the fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling, the corner by the door in the bathroom was falling apart, the desk/table was barely standing, any movement and it would almost fall over, only 2 towels for a room with 2 queen beds, walls had stuff splattered on them.

Liked: Space in room and ease of shopping nearby. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Hotel room was a bit run down. Shades falling, bathtub chipping away. Looked like it was barely cleaned too.

My stay in Waterford MI.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The hotel is old and in bad shape. The room was noisy and bathtub had black mold around the rim. I won't ever stay there again. This was the shabbyist hotel I've stayed in since the 90's.I checked out after one night. I'm waiting to hear from you about a refund for the second night. The hotel said I had to contact you about a refund. I sent a message last night.

Disliked: Outside needs renovation and cleanliness needs improved.

A quick stay but would...

Liked: Close to location we needed
Disliked: Dirty. Asked about cable and was told there was and they would fix it but never came to our room. Water all over by refrigerator. Phone was not even hooked up.

Not a place I would...

Liked: The staff were friendly and professional!
Disliked: The tube was gross, didn't shower because of how it looked, holes in carpet, picture frame broke and pulled from frame, hole in head board and cracked tile. The Whole place needed maintenance (except the front desk- Thar area looked good. The TV romte didn't work. Not a place I would stay again.

Only stayed one night. Overall...

Liked: Location and price. Great
Disliked: Hotel entrance needs some work, dirty canopy and peeling paint on the entrance walkway.Lobby is a nicest part of the hotel.Elevators very shabby.Bad smells in the hallway.Bathroom sink stopper did not work properly. Had to go underneath the sink in order to release the stopper. Room 147.
