The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Quick and easy check in.

Liked: The staff and other customers were friendly. I came here because it was pet-friendly, and it was.
Disliked: The remote did not work for the TV, but the woman at the front desk gave me another one, and it did not work either. She did offer to have the maintenance guy come up and take a look, but I did not find it necessary. I could still get to the TV guide. Besides, I have seen everything on TV.

I will never stay there...

Liked: The place was very run down and people were living there so kids were running up and down the hallways. The back door that you were supposed to use your room key to enter the building was always propped open.

Absolutely awful. 0/10. Will tell...

Liked: The staff was okay. Everything else was awful.
Disliked: It was gross, outdated, not maintained. There was crusty food in a window sill. The jacuzzi tub didn't work and even if it did, it looked disgusting and we wouldn't use it. There was barely any hot water. The toilet seat was peeling. The whole hotel reeked of Marijuana and BO. There was stains and missing carpet. There was missing tile pieces in the hallways. The microwave was dirty and broken, wouldn't even stop on its own. There was 1 random broken lamp in our room for some reason. The other lamp had a broken bulb. (Not burnt out... broken.) We had one working lamp so that was cool. They didn't give us a comforter because they said they were running low so they stopped giving them out. We were expected to sleep with just sheets. The drawers were full of dust and debris. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return and will tell everyone I know to avoid it.
