Extended stay
Liked: Manager is awsome, staff is great. Everyone thats works here is very professional. May not be a 5 star hotel, but makes up for it with the 5 star team they have.

Liked: Staff is extremely nice to deal with.
Disliked: Gets a little noisy at times if you have to work early, but i guess its to be expected being so close to the airport

I am thankful for everyone...
Liked: I am a 71-year-old woman traveling alone. The hotel is five minutes from the airport with a shuttle leaving every hour. The breakfast was sufficient, especially for the price. There is a Wendy's restaurant right next door. My flight was cancelled TWICE, causing me to need to extend my stay. All the staff went out of their way to help me. I was a hotel maid in college and I was impressed with the cleanliness. This is also one of the least expensive hotels in the area. I recommend it very much,

Nightmare on Bell St.
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Honestly this time it was bad from the time we arrived! I had preselected a 8-9 pm check in time on the Booking.com site. Regardless of that fact I had to call the hotel's front desk to get anyone to come wait on me... The employee told me they were on their way (15 minutes later, after another waiting, guest had to call again they finally showed up about 10 minutes later. I stepped up to the counter, as I was next in line, (btw there was no apology at all) I handed them my phone to show them my reservation and confirmation number...she dismissed me and said "I don't need that. I need your credit card and ID" I got the sense that she was having a hard day so I tried to lighten the moment by joking with the other customer! They gave me my 2 room keys... Then, told me floor 2. I had to look at the envelope to see what room we were even in! OH, wait... IT GETS WORSE! We went to our room, only to find the bed were not even made up and the room was filthy with trash, food and skillets everywhere! (YES SKILLETS) The phone was all torn up with no dial tone! I went back to the lobby to make them aware of all this...I asked her to upgrade for all the hassles thus far, but, I was ignored! I tried to explain that I had stayed here several times and never had any problems like this... Their answer was "that's odd I don't recognize you" THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!! To top all that, the beds were too firm and extremely uncomfortable the AC wouldn't stay on no matter how many times I tried to set it! We tried to watch TV. There were only 2 channels available and a blurry picture.We only got about 2 hours of sleep! We had an early flight (That was the whole reason we chose to drive the night before and stay close to the airport)Overall my experience was terrible! Very clean and convenient.
Liked: Proximity to airport, comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. No frills but perfect for a quick overnight and early flight.
Disliked: Lamp next to bed was not able to be plugged in. No plug nearby. Front desk lady seemed perpetually in a bad mood.
