American Inn - Punta Gorda.

Liked: Our room was very clean. Parking area was nice and neat, no clutter or trash. Staff was very nice and friendly. The facility was in a very quiet area, all you could hear was traffic, which was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only bad thing was the refrigerator did not keep anything cold so we could not use it.

Liked: Room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. American Inn is located halfway between the airport and family I was visiting. The owners were thoughtful and very nice.
Disliked: I think the bath should have a safety bar to assist when getting in and out of the tub.The room was supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 face cloths. I felt the room should have had 4 of each. While the owners were happy to supply extra towels when I asked, I did not like bothering the staff.The photos of the outside of the property on the website do not reflect what the Inn looks like. I do understand the Inn was heavily damaged from recent hurricanes8.
