Not fair and honest with...

Liked: Close to area visiting.
Disliked: Got charged $100 . Still have not received deposit money way past 5 to 7 business days. When I call American Inn they pick up and hang up as if my number is being screened. When I call from a different number and request for deposit back they hang up on me. It's not fair how I'm being treated as I booked room with specific price but am not getting b a chance the deposit. They seemed to be charging me $100 as that was not the case when I booked the room.

Disliked: they took $30 safety deposit they should have returned the money by now but nothing and I have contact them but the claim they have done so. it’s been 2 weeks already and nothing. worst customer service
