Liked: The location
Disliked: They do not offer parking anymore I got there at 3 am and theguy wanted charge me $30 for parking ! I told him that I was leaving at 7 am so he told me to park at my own risk at street but moved before 6 am , really bad breakfast bag with no juice or sandwich , only a muffin and a small bottle of water and small apple !

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The one and only lift in the property. And its not working for 3 days. U have to use fire stair to go on 3rd floor.

Very worst
Liked: Very bad No one was on reception till 15 mins. After that she came. She said show me your credit card. With you did and payment and she swiped with letting me know that she is charging extra $20 for parking. I got the email then i got to know that she charged me. And after that lift was not working she said use stairs i want to 3rd floor by stairs. And after that the room key was working. Then she sent some one how opened my room with his master key. And in the corridor and in the room there was very very bad smell. And next to my room there was a dog which was barking all the time. i will give negative 5 star.

Disliked: I had already fully paid for my stay through Booking.com, but on the first day, the front desk asked me to provide my credit card information. During my stay, no additional charges were made, so I didn’t think anything was wrong. However, the day after I checked out, I found that $100 had been charged without any explanation. I demanded a refund, but I have not received any response. I would like this issue resolved immediately, and I expect a full refund of the unjustified charge.
