Not a pleasant experience

Disliked: The halls smelled like Marijuana, our non smoking room smelled like smoke, run down. Not tidy.

Liked: The staff was curteous.
Disliked: This place was filthy and extremely noisy. They gave us a room next to an exterior side door that was constantly slamming so hard it literally shook the walls of our room. They also didn't provide any actual towels. Just one hand towel and one wash cloth. I booked the room for three people! Atrocious! Would not recommend this place unless you're poor and desperate which looked like most of their regular clientele. Wish I left and found a different place the second I saw monthly rates written on the board in the lobby

Liked: I loved that the staff was nice. however the place is in need of a remodel. the bathroom door was sagging to a point the door would hardly shut. and the doors to the rooms have rotted out wood so the door would get stuck. again not a horrible place but it was homey sortve. also entire place smells like cigarettes

Disliked: The staff member that worked Saturday night March 15th was extremely rude and dismissive. The room was very dirty. I would never come back there.

Liked: The price was okay for a bed. We didn't even shower!
Disliked: The place is run down and not enough outlets for all the charging devices people have these days. There was no mention of ice any where. There was no information for local channels on the television when wanting to watch the weather for the area. We were not told if there was any breakfast.There were people shouting in the middle of the night right outside our hallway. We did not feel safe! There was not an additional chain lock on the door. There should have been better lighting in the parking lot especially by the door entrances. Not any handicap parking on the side of the building.The toilets are too low for older people and not good for handicap people.
